Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders will be sent fully insured by next day Special Delivery or by 24 hour courier. We aim to dispatch next working day but please allow 3-5 working days.

If you are ordering more than one item, we may be able to ship them together at a lower cost and will refund the difference in postage if this is the case.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK please contact the gallery regarding shipping costs prior to payment being processed

VAT is included in all prices where applicable. Overseas purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and taxes required.

Risk in the goods passes on collection or on delivery of the goods to the address stated in your order.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it with the receipt to Junction Art Gallery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) providing the following condition are met:

You must contact us by email advising us of its return within 7 days of your order's arrival with you – info@junctionartgallery.co.uk

Artwork must be returned in its original packing and undamaged (and unworn in the case of jewellery) to Junction Art Gallery.

It must be received back by the gallery within 10 days of the artwork’s arrival with you.

You must pay for shipping the work back to us and for insurance of the work during transit to us.

Provided the above conditions have been met, we will arrange for a full refund of the costs of the artwork to you. You will not be refunded the delivery or return costs and refund will not be made until the work has been returned undamaged to us with your receipt of purchase.

The above conditions do not apply to earrings or to work made to order, which are not returnable.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order without penalty as long as the goods have not been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order. If payment has been taken, a full refund will be given. 

If goods have been dispatched prior to order cancellation, goods must be returned at the customer’s expense
